A very brief prequel to a supernatural investigation series.While this was quickly solved, and less paranormal than the series will be, it is a fun introduction to a couple of the main characters, including a flying carpet and a shape-shifting alien, of sorts.

I enjoyed the magical twists on our every day world and the plot twists. Ariana is unique and I'm look forward to seeing more of her in the future.

This was a fun short paranormal mystery and a good introduction to a new (to me) series. It had a good balance of humor and action.
This story was FUN. The characters feel real. I am really looking forward to more in this series. And I'll have to check out the author's other stuff.
Likeable heroine with touch of I Love Lucy klutz iness. Comedy paranormal urban fantasy. Left me with urge to read anything else in series and to sample author's Evie Jones series. Heroine's friend the rug too much like Disney Aladdin's rug for coincidence.
